Past event - Mentor Matchmaking Event - 13th November 2012 @ Zero Degrees 

To celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week, Basecamp hosted a 'mentor speed-dating' event on Tuesday November 13th 2012 at Zero Degrees, the bar and brewery on Park Row. This event was an exciting chance for aspiring student entrepreneurs to hone their elevator pitch for their new business idea or existing venture whilst meeting with professionals from the local business community. Our mentors, some of whom are Bristol University alumni, had a diverse range of skill sets to help the students grow their young ventures. With only three minutes per encounter, time was precious, but clearly both students and mentors made a good impression on each other as the night resulted in some successful pairings.
